A Picture is worth 1000 Words

Are you the type that learns visually? What about your children? Truth is, most of us learn better if we can picture what the other person is talking about. We can also retain something to memory that is in short snippets (think about how your social security number and phone number are broken down into 3 or 4 digit sequences).

How about this visual for the 10 commandments? It is my first attempt at creating something that is visually pleasing to look at that also honors God. In my own words, I explained why we need to obey the commandments given by God. I also listed out each scripture and a short summary that might be easier for children (and parents, too) to remember. I hope you enjoy it!

I love to hear from my readers so if you are thinking something that is beneficial and profitable (which does not mean you have to agree with me, but at least be nice), then I would love to hear from you!
